The 2nd Amendmend affirms our rights to posess our firearms.

Husbands and fathers have a duty and obligation to protect their families from evil and if that means protecting them with a firearm, then that's what you have to do. The police can't be everywhere.

If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns and we all become victims to the criminals.

We also can't allow our lawmakers to deny us the right of protection of life by burying the law abiding gun owner with more anti-gun laws. It's the criminals we have to worry about and believe me, they don't care about the law or gun free zones. More gun laws are nothing more than "feel good" laws.

I based my vote on Ma laws regarding guns. I believe that we need to change the laws towards making it less stringent and conform with neighboring states like Vermont and New Hampshire rather that New York city where guns are not allowed except for criminals who don't obey any laws
