Gun Control Debate - Pittsfield, MA

We need guns to protect ourselves against dangerous criminals and tyrannical groups trying to overthrow our govt and make us slaves. Lets not forget the whole reason these weapons were created in the first place.

Let me just say that I love our govt and our constitution as well as the Bill of rights. I do not want socialism, slavery or death camps. Our Govt needs to be taken back by the people and we need to get rid of the evil bankers and pill pushers. Our focus should be on technology, education and keeping our earth sustainable for generations to come. I don't have all the answers but we need to start somewhere and sometimes you need a gun to get your point across. Think about it the "criminals" and Military will always have them do you want to be the one with out one? Theres a chance that you'll either wind up a slave or dead. A weapon such as a handgun will even the odds.

Well I guess you'll be a "criminal" (not according to the constitution.) But a criminal none the less. My advice #1 Take a basic firearms course(you can find them by typing into your search engine "basic firearms courses in...Your area...")#2 Once you have the proper paper work go down to your local police station and apply for a conceal carry permit (for all lawful purposes.)#3 Buy a gun an ammunition. There you go you and your family are more safe than any nanny state can make you.

There are 24,000 guns laws in America. The problem is cowards use guns instead of working for a living to get what they want. How self-centered are you?

not true!!! many people that own guns are hard working americans!!! we own guns and love to go to the guns shows and the turkey shoots. in fact we won a turkey this year and we love to shoot at targets and belong to a gun club what is wrong with that. you should rethink in what you said that people that have guns don't work. i have no need to use a gun to get what i want i have a good job and have money in the bank to buy anything i want or need..
