Right to Bear arms to qualified citizens, who have NEVER been charged with Drug, DWI, Domestic Violence or ANY other crimes and /or felonies.

Federal Law should require Firearm PHOTO Purchaser ID cards and require that all must present this PHOTO Firearms Purchaser I.D.to purchase firearms AND/OR ammunition and to enter these purchases into an internet local/state government database.

A ban on handguns is necessary to limit unfortunate crimes and "accidents" in the case of confrontions.

Criminals always get what they need. You can't stop the black market. Police are busy and not always there. If every "GOOD" citizen were armed and trained, the bad guy would think twice... or at least not succeed. To those opposed, please don't arm yourself. But don't tell me I can't. If I were there with you in a bad situation, I assure your satisfaction and happiness if I were armed. I can't assure the same for the guy desiring harm to you or your family. If I were on that flight that ran into WTC, it would not have crashed there. You need people like me armed for the good to combat those that intend harm.

Why? And you're wrong abut those who should be banned from having the right to keep and bear arms.
