Yes because more often than not, guns are being used for the wrong reasons. Also, people are leaning too much on guns INSTEAD of diplomatic, impartial, respectful and civilized communication. A gun is usually used as a crutch in place of truly working to address various issues and/or interacting with others. Most with a gun feel they are superior to others and as so create MORE problems as they feel they are above respectfully discussing issues with others.

1. Who would a ban affect? Not the bad guys.
2. Historically, what have dictators done to control the people? Disarm them.(King George, Hitler, Saddam...)

Now that you've had time to sober up, tell us how you really feel.

Learn to back up what you post with evidence...not fears.

You can search for a dictionary cite but none to back up assertions you made in your original post. Why is that?

Then why are you hiding your true name and using an alias if you're so high and mighty and lawful? Who are YOU to question me when you're hiding behind a bogus name? Who are you? What's your true name? Apparently you do not deserve an answer as you are abusive, secretive and disrespectful. This site has too many criminals running/trolling around!

In these days of rampant identity theft and when dealing on the Internet, only a fool uses their real name.

Gee, you say there are too many criminals roaming about while you're using your real name. Hypocrite much???
