Great scenario, about that scenario
A) Nobody wants to change your part in it, you can have your gun, defend your family, feel all tough and free whatever. Nobody is trying to take away your gun(s).
As for the perps part in it, THAT, we'd like to change a very big aspect of...
"I don't want to hear the thug will shoot me either. He would have anyways."
A known criminal, could have that gun, LEGALLY PURCHASED because you see no point in checking his background!!!! A simple background check on him would show he is a crminal and would not be able to purchase it legally.
Does a person who has had his license taken away for DUI still drive without one, yeah, you bet they do, that doesn't mean we SHOULD NOT TAKE IT AWAY AND REFUSE A LEGAL ONE to him!!! Murderers will still murder, thsat doesn't meran we should not have laws against Murder.
Criminals buy guns WITHOUT backgrund checks. The black market doesn't require one. And don't confuse a privilege (driving on a public thoroughfare) with a constitutional right.

Was your dad participating in any extra curricular activities with the altar boys? Where there's smoke there's fire.

Why didn't you report him?

Mayhem in the city: 25 people shot in 48 hours
http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/25-people...

Good thing they have all those Gun Free Zones....it might have been in the 1000's.

I just have a few questions for Bloomberg about those gunmen.
- How many were NRA members
- How many passed background checks
- How many were Tea Party members
- How many used "assault" rifles
- How many just used a rifle
- How many had "clips" with more than 30 rounds
- How many had magazines with more than 30 rounds
- How many guns were legal
- How many bought their guns using that gun show loophole
- How many weren't dealing drugs

I'm getting tired of writing, feel free to add your own questions.
The answer most likely in all of the above is 0!!!

A) No Ammendment is absolute, NOT ONE OF THEM ARE, THEY ALL CAN HAVE RESTRICTIONS!!!!

You know, freedom of speech, can't yell fire in a crowded theatre.

B) You can buy lots of things on the black market, THAT DOES NOT MEAN WE CAN'T OUTLAW THOSE THINGS.

Oh and right now, a Criminal can buy a gun LEGALLY and doesn't have to go to the "black market" since there is no background check.

THAT Legally purchased gun can then be sold by a criminal, to another criminal on the black market.

Actually, I can! In fact, I'm duty bound to do it to save the lives of those in the theater. Are you saying you wouldn't?

Two things,

BAckground checks have massive holes in the Laws, that's all I desire os those loopholes closed such as buying at Gun shows, whixh requires NO background check.

As for the fire in the crowded theatre thing, you're not very bright are you, it means you can't do it as a joke when there is no fire, get it?

That's not a loophole. You simply regurgitate what the meia spoon feeds you. The law does npot require background checks for sales between idividuals at a gun show but DOES require checks for sales made by FFL dealers at gun shows.

Hey, moron. That's not what you first stated. Get a clue. I have the right to yell FIRE. Period.
What I don't have is the right to endager the lives of the people in the theater who are harmed as a result of the stampede out.
Could you be more stupid?
