a) nobody is talking about foreign countries since the US is the single largest Gun producer in the world and also HAS the most Guns in circulation.
http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/hicrc/firearms-re...

b) That bunch of idiots drank the kool-aid voluntarily, they were not murdered, they killed themselves, as in suicide, that's why they call that MASS SUICIDE.

When are you going to stop making excuses for this????

You are against Criminals being able to purchase Guns.
You are against Mentally disabled and dangerous people purchasing guns
You are for BAckground checks for ALL GUN PURCHASES.
Since the 3rd option is the only way to know the first two, you're either in or out, which is it?
If you do not support 100% BAckground checks, you are Pro-Criminals buying guns and Pro-Mentally dangerous Gun Buying!!!!
Tell us all which side are you on???
As usual moron, you are wrong. Mandatory background checks will not guarantee that mentally challenged people or criminals will not gain access to guns. Either of these types of people can gain access to guns through many other means that background checks will not stop. Try again dipshit.

That makes your whole post bullshit as usual.

We have your answer, you're just fine allowing criminals to buy guns and you're just fine with mentally disabled people buying guns, REALLY COOL pinhead!!!!!

BAckground checks would be the FIRST way to identify them meathead!!!

THEN, we can address ALL THE OTHER WAYS CRIMINALS AND MENTAL DEFECTIVES CAN GET GUNS!!!!

Talk about a dipshit!

Sonny you dumbass...try this one. The young man that killed all of those kids recently didn't buy those guns, his Mom was the legal owner and the purchaser of the guns.

So much for your background checks moron!!

So that nullifies every straw purchase of every illegal gun? One shooting means everything and the other 100 mean nothing?

All that points out is the fact that evern what you call "responsible gun owners" really are not! THat's all that points out.

Keep searching meathead for the one thing you think is going to nullify all the other factors that are in play. I know it's a stretch for you to think about more than one aspect of anything at any one time!

And that's it again asshole, either you go back and respond to the painful questions asked of you or this rabbit hole of continuous mis-direction without ever having to answer the hard questions posed to you is over!!!!

Hey fukwad....I responded to your supposedly painful questions, which were not painful at all. I told you that mandatory background checks are useless in meeting what you pretend are solutions...that is your answer...my answer is no to mandatory background checks at a national level. I have said that a number of times, but you just keep rephrasing stupid questions...talk about a rabbit hole.

You maintain that if someone doesn't want mandatory background checks, that means they want guns in the hands of criminals...well of course you're wrong but too immature to have a real discussion...try again Sonny.

BTW...if you don't want to post with me, I am completely fine with that, just don't post to any of my posts dumbass.

Yeah, you keep saying "I told you that mandatory background checks are useless" when it's obvious to any rational thinking person that YES, that would be the first line of defense against IT HAPPENING!

If you don't even check, then you sell to crminals! How f-ing hard is that to understand.

What you keep doing is saying nothing will change anything and THAT is the most ridiculous thing anyone could say!!!!!!!!!

We should never ever do anything anywhere at anytime since no one thing cures something.

F-off, don't respond to anything I post meathead, let's see how long it is until you trash me while addressing someone else!!!!!!!! How long can you go with this chip on your stupid shoulders!

That's rhetorical and doesn't require a resonse!

Low 90s% support full background checks at Gun shows!!!!!!! 87% of Republicans!

"If you're having trouble making out the details, the poll found that 91% of Americans support the background checks. That includes 95% of self-identified Democrats, 91% of self-identified independents, and 87% of self-identified Republicans. What's more, this is broadly consistent with other independent polling in recent months.

It's worth emphasizing, in case it's not immediately obvious, that this kind of near-unanimity is extremely unusual in contemporary American politics.

Put it this way: support for expanded background checks is greater than support for monotheism and capitalism.

The timing of the poll is fortuitous for its proponents: the Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to debate a bill today that would "broaden the requirement for federal background checks to nearly all firearms purchasers."

The NRA is already lobbying against the proposal -- remember, the NRA supported universal background checks as recently as the 1990s before changing its mind -- and a majority of congressional Republicans are expected to oppose the idea.

Free buys at Guns shows means no background checks of any kind in answer to genius above. An illegal Gun is one that has no legal owner, you're hysterical!
Licensed Firearms dealers are required by law to perform Background Checks at gun shows, dicquehead.

Well, if Gun Laws are working, we should EXPAND background checks to cover all sales, then right? Close loopholes that allow the worng people to buy them right? Since there is such improvement, shouldn't we follow through and use that success?

Nowhere in that article does it say Gun violence doesn't happen anymore, in fact...

"However, guns still remain the most common murder weapon in the United States, the report noted. Between 1993 and 2011, more than two out of three murders in the U.S. were carried out with guns, the Bureau of Justice Statistics found."

Since Newtown?

3,852or more since Newtown!

What do you want to do about it? Nothing, everything is fine now!

"Responsible Gun Owner"...until he's not!

HALLOWELL, Maine —Authorities in Maine are investigating after a 4-year-old boy brought a loaded handgun to his Hallowell preschool.

The district attorney's office has asked for more information to determine whether to bring charges.

Police Chief Eric Nason said a staff member found the loaded .380 caliber, semi-automatic handgun in a bag the boy brought to Rollins Family Child Care Center on April 23. Nason said the gun's safety was on but a round was in the chamber.

He tells the Kennebec Journal the gun was in a bag the boy uses to carry belongings between the homes of his divorced parents.

Nason says the gun was legally owned by the boy's father, who reported that he had last seen it in the door pocket of his pickup truck on April 18.

Wow guns are the most efficient way to murder someone? No wonder they are the weapon of choice for MURDERERS instead of throwing cotton balls at their victim.

We should also regulate golf clubs. We know they can be lethal when used in a "donnybrook."

Obviously you have never been to maine. Guns are normal. Let's say you are driving on a dark road and a deer jumps in front of your truck and gets hurt real bad. What are you going to? Break out your first aid kit or shoot it to put it out of its misery? Of course you shoot it in the head and bring the deer home and skin it.

God created man. Guns make all men equal. Go to Montana. They have a "gun check" section as you enter the Walmart store where you check your gun in.

Someone breaks into my home in the middle of the night. My family is asleep. Do you really think I am going to wait for the police to arrive? I have only a few seconds to make sure the thug does not rape and kill my wife and kids.

My .38 cal will take care of it. I don't want to hear the thug will shoot me either. He would have anyways. At least I have a fair and fighting chance being a responsible gun owner.

I don't want to hear that it is just a kid breaking in to steal either. This is not a social meeting and I am not going to ask him questions to find out.

Don't break into my house or come on my property unless it is official business and you will not have to be worried about being shot and neutralized.

Great scenario, about that scenario

A) Nobody wants to change your part in it, you can have your gun, defend your family, feel all tough and free whatever. Nobody is trying to take away your gun(s).

As for the perps part in it, THAT, we'd like to change a very big aspect of...

"I don't want to hear the thug will shoot me either. He would have anyways."

A known criminal, could have that gun, LEGALLY PURCHASED because you see no point in checking his background!!!! A simple background check on him would show he is a crminal and would not be able to purchase it legally.

Does a person who has had his license taken away for DUI still drive without one, yeah, you bet they do, that doesn't mean we SHOULD NOT TAKE IT AWAY AND REFUSE A LEGAL ONE to him!!! Murderers will still murder, thsat doesn't meran we should not have laws against Murder.
