First off it is my right to own a LEGALALLY PROCURED hand gun. Second sure go ahead and take our guns away, so now the slime can have noone to fear. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? NO BAN ON HAND GUNS!!!

Too many rights and privileges of our law abiding citizens are being limited by unrealistic well meanining do gooders. What they don't realize is that the people who use handguns improperly will be encouraged to more incidents of crime. They don't care about a license to carry or anything else. We need less tolerance to criminals and stricter punishment for their violent acts of aggression.

Guns are not the problem, criminals are the problem. If an offender tries to hurt, kill, or rape me or any of my loved ones, they will never be a repeat offender. Criminals fear law abiding citizens with guns, it should not be the other way around. My right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as a law abiding citizen, trumps a criminals right to remain silent or right to a speedy trial. Go Uncle Ted!!

Criminals are the ones who have no desire to follow the law. The Supreme Court has ruled twice in the last 5 years that it IS a Constitutionally guaranteed right for the individual citizen to own a firearm.

I will no give up the right to defend myself and my family to the government. The same government that has shown itself to be ineffective at protecting its citizens.

(I'm pretty sure, actually, that guns don't kill anyone. Didn't researchers videotape a gun for a couple years, and it never decided to kill anyone?)
