This is what you do with your time. You're a hazard to the human race.

Liar. The grounds for a Stand Your Ground defense are clear!
<quoted text>Self defense IS a right that includes the lawful exercise of the 2nd Amendment, dolt!
You want to shoot people based on what they are thinking. That's wrong you don't know what someone else is thinking. That's the point, people can't just go around shooting each other based on your bad attitude laws bad attitude and anyone else that thinks its about taking away your gun. You're sick

Here's an example, this d*ckhead doesn't need law enforcement, it's just a matter of taking care of the problem on your own. They don't want to be judged for what they want to do, they don't care about what the other family members think, when they feel threatened in the slightest way, boom just take care of it yourself. That's unconstitutional!

Answer the question, d*ckhead. Why does law enforcement need guns?

Exactly right. A rogue government could decide tomorrow to rescingd all rights and wage war on the citizery and without the means to defnd themselves, the citizenry would get steamrolled.
<quoted text>
There's more of that mischaracerization from you Joe. Do you really want to start that crap again?
I don't want anyone to take any rights away from me or you.
<quoted text>
No. It's your problem.
<quoted text>
We already have over 20,000 firearms laws on the books. What makes you think more laws will make a difference?
<quoted text>
What the hell are you talking about? What is this other right you speak of?
<quoted text>Where did I ever say anything about cameras in a courtroom???? Where did I say anything about the media?
You're the one waiting around for a criminal society. The point always was to keep guns away from mentally unstable people like yourself.

What are you talking about? You don't agree with the 5th Amendment?
<quoted text>
I do know my rights. Why are you going off on a 5th Amendment tangent?
<quoted text>The 2nd Amendment is the right to keep and bear arms, not the 5th Amendment. What laws are you talking about that are being manipulated?
The point is perfectly clear. 1. The fifth amendment right, is a privilege to protect yourself against self incrimination. This is in direct contrast too, the Miranda right of anything can and will be used against you in a court of law. Believing in the fifth amendment is a right. It protects anyone and everyone who is a legal citizen of the U.S. in a court of law to the right of self defense and the right to bare arms, when necessary. George Zimmerman shot and killed a man that was presumed innocent! Speculation of public opinion and media attention lead to the presumption of guilt, it is not just a violation of the rights of the Martin family it is a violation of everyone's right. Nobody knows what the hell happened! There's the manipulation. Presumption of guilt predetermined by George Zimmerman after being advised not to do so, violates the right to bare arms.

You stated before that there must be something missing, to the point of the woman who returned to the crime scene. Yet you presume guilt and taking sides with a criminal act, without knowing what happened? Returning to the scene of a crime to escape a violent situation is proof of guilt. How much were they trying to get away the first time, only to go back? That shows intent. It's murder. You're taking their side, based on the victim being violent, without knowing if they were. You're presumption of guilt without evidence is a crime and a violation of rights.

That you would rather have the woman plead for her life speaks volumes about your insanity.
More presumption of guilt without evidence. That's a violation of rights and the freedom of speech.

If someone has the opportunity to leave a life threatening situation and chooses to return, you can not use that as self defense. That's called supporting a criminal!
