No other comments except yours are directed toward the subject of pedophilia, rape or mental institutions. Those comments that belong to you will not be deleted. Those are your thoughts. Leading to the conclusion that you have no definition of what a sane person might think. You are just as unaware of knowing that as you are in not knowing the rights of the second amendment. It isn't there to be manipulated!

No, those aren't my thoughts. Those are mischaracterizations. You can do it, so I will too.

As if you know what sanity is. What a joke!

Really? Please tell us what those rights are, Mr. Expert.

So why are you trying to manipulate it?

<quoted text> This is where the point was not taken. Making a second guess based on what some else is thinking, is in itself a violation of rights! Actions have to provoke the means of self defense whereby no other alternative can be concidered. We do not need to live in a society where suspicion violates everyones right to freedom. Lawyers turn these ideas into high profile cases media turns these ideas into entertainment and that violates your second amendment right, the right to free speech, and the right to freedom. All of which are more valuable than your gun.
this is a point you missed

It isn't possible to mischaracterize someone that brings up a point of child molestation, when it never entered the topic. That comment which stands alone means that you prefer to profile yourself, by using subconscious ideas, as a defense mechanism.

You simply hate it when your won mischaracterization of someone is used against you. And I wasn't profiling myself as it was directed at you.

Exactly! If it's a mischaracterization of someone, and you're directing the comment toward them, it -would be out of character for that other person to react. Because the evidence is not in writing. It's merely an observation of your reaction. You can not guess what someone is thinking it is a violation of rights. That's why it's a bad idea for You! to have a gun.

This shows that even if you are aware of your constitutional rights they don't matter at all because your rights that you somehow claim to know, are not secondary to the right to bear arms. If they were, and you decided to disagree with someone's individual rights the answer would not be to shoot them!

Asserting the 5th amendment right, against self incrimination is NOT' an admission of guilt! It is wrong for the legal system, to use that against someone. The right to remain silent should be exercised properly and without contradiction of anything you say or do can and will be used against you in a court of law! These are the rights that need to be upheld!! This is a manipulation of the constitution!

There is no such thing as the right to commit murder. Obviously you have no clue about the Rule of Law.
<quoted text>Your insistence that sex with animals and corpses is normal behavior is actually irrational and delusional.

So who made YOU the arbiter of who should have a gun? I know the concept of rights and liberties abhors you, but you need to get a grip. YOU'RE not in charge. I'll have as many guns as I want and a frustrated control freak like you can go pound sand.

Try that again. In English. I never said the other rights are secondary. Still haven't got that whole comprehension thing down yet, eh?

Your reading comprehension problem. The legal system uses the 5th amendment as an admission of guilt in some cases. It also violates the right to fair trial by using cameras in a court room.
