<quoted text> In major cases of murder, or high profile crime media coverage proves to be a major deterent,of constitutional rights, at the same time only defending their rights, to freedom of press. High profile murder becomes a celebrity status idea, not about protecting the rights of individual people. The focus on high profile crime still causes problems in finding an impartial jury, guaranteed, by the costitution. Murder becauses profit, by using a different name, or hiring a ghost writer, that secures a book deal. That's unconstitutional.'Our" second ammendment right, is threatened, with many constitutional rights for these reasons. Society has reach a point of standing your ground with manipulative legal representation.
Irrational state of mind is a media event, that leaves people unprotected from safety and protected by the right to commit murder. Your mental illness is no excuse.

Are you delusional? Irrational state of mind is a mental condition.

There is no such thing as the right to commit murder. Obviously you have no clue about the Rule of Law.

Your insistence that sex with animals and corpses is normal behavior is actually irrational and delusional.

Liar. The grounds for a Stand Your Ground defense are clear!
<quoted text>Self defense IS a right that includes the lawful exercise of the 2nd Amendment, dolt!
Stand your ground...? A woman in Port Orange Fl. argued with her boyfriend then walked away, went back & stabbed him to death. The state Attorney allowed for for the stand your ground rule, the woman was given 15 years probation. That's premeditated murder! The state attorney [R.J. Larissa is corupt] The woman who recieved probation, is the ex wife of a county councilman who is currently facing fraud charges in connection with Waverly Real Estate. That's not justice!

Your comment is an example of what someone will do if they are given the oppertunity to kill, regardless of what the reason might be. Anything that was mentioned in the story about how the woman's life was threatened came after the fact, just to use the stand your ground rule. Returning to the crime scene still makes this pre-meditated murder, Stand your ground is not about the right to kill, as long as you can make up a story after it happens!

Your comments prove that you would rape and kill women and children as long as no one witnessed it.

Got a cite to prove it? BTW, were you there when the incident went down?

And that's what the prosecution has to make the case for.

There is no right to kill. And just because she's trying to cloak her defense with the claims of an exercise of "Stand Your Ground" doesn't tarnish the validity of Stand Your Ground Laws. It's up to a jury to determine if it was indeed a case of Stand Your Ground, resonable fear, manslaughter, pre-meditated murder, etc.

Leaving what will be the scene of a crime and returning to commit the crime is first degree murder.

Media attention creates an irrational state of mind. It draws attention to the ideas, that anyone that you don't know could be the enemy. You don't understand psychology.

Read the constitution instead of listening to someone else. The Second Ammendment PRE-dates the BILL OF RIGHTS!

Yes that is in the bill of rights! The second Ammendment- predates the bill of rights to explain that the right to bear arms is in the constitution with the limitations that national government [over local government office] shall not interfere in the right to self defense. Nor shall shelf defense be a rush to judgement based on emotions.

Liar. Stand your ground is a means of defense if it can be proven that your own life was in imminent danger. That you side with criminals is telling.
