Absolutely and without hesitation. I've been in the military for 23 years, and I see all guns as having only one purpose, and that's to kill people. Give me all the reasons or excuses you want, but in the end there is no true, valid, functional and/or purely technical reason for civilians of any kind to bear arms.

Then you really need to get out more, home defense, sport hunting, just because it is made to kill does not mean the average person is going to buy a gun to go kill people. hell poison kills more people then hand guns do, you going to ban household chemicals because they poison people? cars kill 5 times more people then hand guns do, you going to ban cars next? you can ban guns all you want it WILL not take them out of the criminals hands. take all the guns from the people who are legal and responsible and let the criminals keep theirs and the crime rate will become so out of control it would never be controllable. instead of banning guns try better laws, that make since. BUT ANYWAY YOU DO IT THE CRIMINALS WILL STILL HAVE THEIR GUNS WHEN EVERYONE ELSE HAS THEIRS BANNED.

I guess you should move to Europe. That's where we all came from and the reason we call ourselves Americans is because we used our guns to liberate ourselves from our European masters. We may need to do this again someday but you as a mindless controllable sheep must do what your masters bid of you because they will never fear you. You mister LD are a sheep ready and waiting to be led to slaughter.

Spoken like a true frustrated control freak. Why did YOU need a gun in the military? You swore to uphold the Constitution. Now you want to crap on it. You are a disgrace to the uniform!!
