Who are we to say who can marry one another? It's unfair.

They deserve to be married just like everyone else does. Just because you aren't one of them doesn't mean you deserve the right to be married any more than they do.

What is so difficult to understand about love? Love doesn't discriminate, it does not see borders of gender. All people of all genders and sexualities have the constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness and the right to marry whom they please is a pursuit of happiness. Human rights for all people - no exceptions.

I want to see my good friend get married to the man that he loves so much. I want him to enjoy the benefits that I, as a heterosexual, am allowed to take for granted, such as insurance breaks, tax benefits, hospital visitation rights, etc.

I believe that all people are the same and sexual orientation is not something to differ people by. We are all human and we all deserve equal rights no matter who we are, what we look like, or what our preferences happen to be. There is nothing wrong with being straight, gay, or any other sexual orientation seeing as that can hardly change a person. Those reguarding what the bible says, there is a difference from following the bible and doing the truly right thing.

Everyone should be able to be married. Two men or two women being married doesn't affect me at all, so why should my beliefs affect their life?
