I approve because every American has rights. And they are all equal.

I believe we should be able to marry whomever we want no matter what sex they are!(I have been married to the same man for over 26 years!)

People should be allowed to live their lives as they see fit. Being gay isn't a crime, so live and let live.
Native Americans don't like it when they're descriminated against or hated, and neither do gays. Nobody does.

There is no debate on this issue as far as I am concerned. Rights are rights and bigoted religions have NO PLACE taking someone's rights away.

The word Rights is so overused ya people have rights but it doesn't mean you have right to do anything you see fit. Gay marriage is unexceptable and it's not going to happen so get over it!

Gay marriage will happen via Supreme Court rulings. So get over it, tadpole.

Try reading the newspapers or listening to the news some.

The DOJ isn't even defending DOMA in the next court case after having been deemed as unconstitutional in a federal court. Prop 8 has been ruled as unconstitutional by one federal court.

Everyone has the right to live their lives the way that makes them happy, the right to spend their lives with the one they love. No one should be able to tell someone they can't be with who they care about.

Everyone has a right to the benefits of what marriage offers and no one has the right to decide how another person lives their life.

I think a person gets married for 2 reasons, to be right with god and to be legally bound with that person. I'm speaking more towards the latter; if you chose a partner and was married you are entitled to the same benefits as a widow/widower. But, as in the case of gay couples they are denied those rights because OTHERS don't think they should be!! Case in point: If the family of deceased don't want the assests/benefits of gay person to go to their partner they get nothing. How sad is that:( I'm sure it's due to them not approving of their lifestyle choice and/or being greedy! We should allow the union be at least a legal binding one for that scenario and countless other reasons. No, I'm not gay. I just think they should be FREE to make THEIR choice with out anyone else's approval first.

It's unacceptable for you! I see that it is your OPINION! I think opinions need to stay out of the issue. How dare YOU say what is or isn't ok for someone else! Is it hurting YOU? Me? The next guy? No!!! Being gay is not illegal so.....it's your business how?
