Love is love. It's as simple as that, so what if a man wants to love another man, or a woman wants to love another woman, or if a man and woman want to love each other, surely any love is better than no love, or should we all just hate each other?

Come on everyone! Powell may be a small town, but that does not mean we can not be progressive. This is 2012 people, not 1912 (despite you folks trying to make downtown appear like 1912). Powell is north of the San Francisco of the midwest. This whole gay marriage debate is a load of poppycock and I believe that anyone can marry anyone as long as love prevails.

In my opinion, if you want to ban gay marriage, let's ban divorce too! Divorce is a direct violation of the sanctity of marriage.

If you want to do that, let's destroy the printing presses, burn anything published after 1300, all gather at the church and sing gregorian chants with monks. When we get the black plague, let's just pray it away, because we know God exists and will take care of us...right?

I think love is love and it should not and can't be defined! What's gay love have to do with you anyways? If this is about the bible, in the Old Testament yes it does say man shall not lay with man but it also says you shall never touch leather and to sell your daughters into slavery.
