Ah, my friend- I see you have forgotten a few important things here...
Religion isn't a valid argument, here in America we have the freedom of Religion and the seperation of church and state. Therefore since everyone is not of the same religion, you can't expect them to follow the same rules as yours does (believe it or not, not all religions are against homosexuality). And you should already know what the separation of church and state is.
