I believe the Bible which clearly states that a man is not to lie with another man as a man lies with a woman. The Bible makes it clear that this is an abomination before the Lord God our Creator. If the Creator who made us says it is a sin and His design of the male and female body clearly shows God's expressed Will, that is good enough for me. Bottom line, it is not what I support that counts, but what He says and God says it is wrong. God gives us lots of choices that require us to deside whether we will choose to allow Him to be God or choose to be our own little god. And because we are all sinners who within our flesh do not have the ability to do what is right in God's eyes and by His design, He sent Jesus to die for our sin so that we can become alive to God's grace, love and forgiveness. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have the ability to know right from wrong and to choose God over self. We all have choices, and chosing God's truth and His Son is one of them. When we have a deep love relationship with God, we don't need to fill the empty love tank within us with the gay lifestyle, adultry, premarital sex, or anyother sexual activity that God says is wrong. Each of these is empy and hollow in comparison and each always leaves us in need of our next sexual fix. Life and Love is so much more than the pain, heartbreak and death that these activites leave behind. Ask God to show you the truth and He will if your really want to know the truth and you are willing to let Him fill you with His love, forgiveness and grace. Sex was God's idea and not mans. His design for marriage between a man and a woman is beautiful and an expression of His perfect love and will for each of us.

The world is over populated as it is. Maybe this'll help that. Also...I know plenty of gays with children. Children they've had donors' help with, and children that are thrown away by straight people who didn't know how to use birth control. At least with gay people, they have plenty of time to think about bringing a child into the world.

If it goes against your beliefs, don't marry someone of the same gender; simple. As for the ones who do not oppose it, let them do what they want. Why argue with someone over something you cannot control? As long as everyone finds happiness, that's what is really important isn't it? Throw your bible verses where ever you want, fact of the matter is, the people who want to marry, date, and love someone of the same gender aren't going to change their opinions because of a few people being assholes. Let everyone find the happiness they crave and stop spreading hate to everyone who doesn't agree with you.

It is terrible that gay people that have been with the same partner for years can't marry, but a man and women who JUST MET can get married if they wanted to and then get divorced with they please. If you don't want gay marriage legalized then don't get one! Simple as that. And to the Bible thumpers out there. No one cares about your crazy beliefs or what your stupid story book says. If your god is real then he loves everyone for who they are. You people are pathetic and should have all of your rights taken away just to see how it feels.
