This is wrong from the basic animal instincts all the way to the most sincere common sense
To continue this is to discontinue mankind

I'm totally for it. God doesn't support drinking, drug abuse or a thousand other acts in our society today...a SIN is a SIN and if its a SIN to merely love another one of God's creations, call me a sinner. We always revert back to the Bible but those that revert can throw scripture around here and there however, do you know anything about who wrote the bible? The events happening at that time? Who was King James and why did he need his own translations. Here's a freebie: He was illiterate. He couldn't read. So he hired a team of scholars to re-translate the scrolls to his liking. So, before you quote your God this or Bible that, please know you stand on unsteady ground!!

...and furthermore, if homosexuality is so 'unnatural', why do cows, dogs, rabbits, dolphins all find pleasure with the same sex?? Have you never driven past a pasture of cows and saw 1 female mounting another female. SMH.

all people deserve te right to pursue happiness in marriage..my best friends in hawaii got married in Feb.They have been together since 1974. Ihave 2 other friends who were married, one in Ca. & one in NY and they all are very happy, wealthy, and the kindest most generous people you could ever know. Besides their relationships seem to last a lot longer than hetrosexuals marriges. Their hearts are in the right place and they do not pass jugdement on others like a lot of "god" fearing people i know.

It's also a sin to JUDGE people. The only being allowed to do that is GOD! So all of you bible thumpers out there, get over yourselves. You are not any better than anyone else. If GOD didn't love gay people, they wouldn't be here!

There are no laws restricting who one becomes intimate with based on sex, so why should there be a law restricting who gets married?

...if God doesn't support drinking, then why is one of the more famous miracles Jesus turning water into wine... That's every alcoholics dream super power. Also, drug abuse is a more modern problem, they still had and used the many naturally occurring "drugs" such as poppy, hemp, coca leaf and tobacco, but they didn't alter them to make them dangerously powerful, instead using them in their natural form.

Homosexuality is a lifestyle choice. It is a moral issue. It is not against the law to be gay. Gay people will not be imprisoned for living a gay lifestyle. That being said, Gays have this freedom because we live by grace in a christian nation. Nations that live by the law do not tolerate homosexuality, fornication, adultry etc. This same christian nation does not accept a gay lifestyle as a legal marriage, because it is not a legal issue. Now, thanks to progress we are faced with condemnation for a lifestyle that is legal, but, because gays cannot marry, we are backwards. So, I do not support gay marriage because it is not needed for progress, because we already have progress.

i have many gay friends and lived in san francisco for many years.. All of my gay friends who live in HI., Ca. and NY. HAVE MARRIED and have been together longer than a lot of married hetros. Yhey are happy, loving, cariung, artful, loyal and I have known them all since 1980. The most generous people i have known. I would never ask them to deny true love they feel for each other. It is wrong to judge other people just because they are different .
