Believe love is boundless, and marriage should be for all, or none.

No one has any right to interfere with our rights. Especially the pursuit of happiness.

Agreed, marriage is not a copyrighted practice of the Christian Church and it does not rule everyone's lives. Homosexuals had been prevalent in Greek and Roman cultures, where marriages existed.
Nice to see you here friend :)

Of course I support gay marriage. It's my belief that the ones who are so strongly against it are closeted gays. Also, the reasoning behind banning gay marriage (it ruins the sanctity of marriage) is ridiculous because 41% of first marriages end in divorce and the percentage only goes up once someone gets married more than once. If Conservatives are so worried about "saving the sanctity of marriage", why not make divorce illegal?

It is a basic human right that grown people should be able to get married. It is shocking that Germany has more human rights than America. I thought we are the home of the free. Apparently not if you are gay. I'm straight, and a gay couple doesn't bother me. I'm not gay, so I will not have a gay marriage. It is just that simple. If gay marriage defies the sanctity of marriage then why the hell do we allow divorce? Explain that to me.

A person is a person. And if they are in love they should have the right to marry whom ever they want.

Opposition stems from ignorance, and nothing more. Let people get married, it has nothing to do with YOU, stop cock-blocking us ;P

I think everyone should be able to love who they love. Simple as that. If America is "free", then why isn't marriage? I think congress and the government need to worry about a lot of other things rather than dictating who can marry who. It's not okay.

We're now serving openly and proudly in all branches of the military; we've always paid taxes; some of us, under societal pressure, have even gotten married and had children and we've been working alongside all the people who despise us for generations contributing to the arts, government and all areas of life...., however, many of us are still in hiding; we've gotten too used to our 'furtive' existence from before and refuse to 'come out' for whatever reason.

We condemn ourselves as much as any hate filled hetero....

Everyone has the right to love and marry who they love. Period. It's no one's business but their own.

People are people. Sexual orientation has zero to do with if a marriage should be considered real. Straight people certainly don't do anything to uphold the so-called sanctity of marriage... this is coming from a Straight, Christian woman in the heart of the south eastern Bible Belt. Love is Love, get over it.
