Honestly. In simple words, gay marriage will fix the world. They will adopt the cute orphans and they won't allow more idiots into the world YAY!

Because human beings of all encompassing genders deserve the right to marry.

To all those bigots who claim that their "God" hates the gays: If He really hated them as much as you claim, would he have even INVENTED homosexuality? Get your heads out of your butts, stop using religion as a reason for why you're afraid of something that you don't like, and get over it. Live and let live.

Do what ever you want, just don't expect me to call it marriage. That is reserved for men who marry women in my personal view and to suggest that I should be forced to acknowledge it otherwise is an infraction against my right of intellectual singularity.

Homosexuals should have EVERY RIGHT TO GET MARRIED! They have every right to be treated as equally as any hetero male or female.

Because there is no logical reason why anyone shouldn't be able to marry the person they love.

To deny marriage between two consenting adults who are in love is a crime to humanity.

Separate church and state. Hiding behind the "marriage between a man and a woman is traditional" stance isn't working.

Srsly wrote: Separate church and state. Hiding behind the "marriage between a man and a woman is traditional" stance isn't working. I am not hiding behind anything. I am neither religious or supportive of the current "state". I refuse to recognize your position because I PERSONALLY do not believe two men or two women should unite under the banner of "marriage". My PERSONAL belief is that the "traditional" definition is acurate and acceptable. That the homosexual community would want to force through legislation requiring me or any like minded individual recognize the union as something I do not believe in is exactly why I oppose your issues. You, just like the Church, are trying to impose your will upon me and for that, you have committed the most egregious attack against my right to personal belief. As I stated in an earlier post: call it whatever YOU'd like, but don't ever think you can force me to recognize it or accept your position for that will never happen. If you had the slightest bit of decency you would recognize the error of your insistence.
