Same-sex couples can't do any worse at keeping their families together than straight couples have done. Heterosexual couples don't value marriage very highly. Let someone else try.

Care to explain that ridiculous statement ?

Btw, I attend church in Albany. The first time I attended the church, about 14 months ago, I was unaware that our male pastor is openly gay, married to a man, and they are raising son. He is not confused.

All i got to say is when God created man he made a women not another man out of the rib of Adam...men and women were created to be with one another...as the saying goes God created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve...It is immoral to think that people actually think that this is debatable....If you choose to do something immoral at least keep it in your closet and away from our children they have enough pressures in life to deal with without adding crackpots and homos to the menu.

God's word states marriage is between man and woman. Anything else is not natural. Continuing the human race depends on a man and a woman being able to multiply, as God directs. Insurance costs are already to high. I do not wish to pay insurance increases for couples not married. Marriage is between a man and a woman.

Well when the only argument against it is "My favorite fairy tale for grown-ups says it's bad", no real argument needs to be presented. Every argument against marriage equality is either silly, discriminatory, or downright fallacious. There aren't any sound, logical, reasonable arguments against marriage equality.

And here, try this one on for size: There are pastors and churches that want to perform gay marriages. DOMA etc are currently preventing from doing so. The Federal Government is getting in the way of the churches performing their sacraments as they see fit. Separation of Church and State was designed to prevent the government from getting involved in religion, and yet so many religious people are fighting to KEEP the government telling religious organizations what they can and cannot do. It's really insane.
