Since this is (not natural) then how do we help them to become NATURAL? what is NATURAL? They are still a child of GOD.

Think of it like...I work with a dishonest and a bulley. My blood pressure is high and it would feel good to have her out of this world. It is natural for me to feel angry and want to hurt this person. Does that make it right ...no.

Lilian you have good questions. I agree they are still a child of God and may be a better person than me. I do not have a right to judge them. IF it goes against the Bible it is not right or natural. How do we help them to become natural, I do not know. I do not know how to help a drug addict, etc. I do now a drug addit needs to stay away from drugs....How, i do not know. Maybe it is in the same line. I want to stress that if a gay person wanted to be my friend, I would hold out my hand, if he needed by help, I would give it, I do not see myself to be above them.

God made ALL! HE does not judge until the end. Y does everyone seem to judge the things they dont agree with or just dont understand? The interpretation of the Bible is different among each religion so why do ppl assume their version is the correct onext or even three when written in Hebrew tht the English interpretation is wht they were writing? I have two boys tht absolutely love my soon to be wife and just because we are two women doesn't mean we can't have a family, express our honesty, devotion, trust, and love for each other!! I didn't choose to be gay, have less rights, more stereotypes, higher suicide rate, more bullying, or to b looked down at, and sure would not have chosen a lifestyle where our boys wI'll go through some of the same things!! Gay marriage doesn't hurt anyone, will not make churches weak, won't condem ppl to He'll, or even spread . Gays are not contagious!!

I'm sure to make a lot of people mad with this post. But, I think it needs to be said. Religion, is not natural. The Bible, Koran, or any other religious text in existence, was not just here on earth. Those texts had to be written and the only creatures that can write those things are humans. Natural is anything that can be observed in nature. Some animals tend toward their own sex, even if it is a minority of that species' total population.(I must add that I do believe in God.)

Whether being straight or gay is a choice or not doesn't matter. It's not my place or anyone else's to tell any person how to live their life or who they live it with.

For the religious people who say gays are going to Hell, I say to you, why don't you focus on your own life, friends, and family, and stop belittling everyone who doesn't follow your path. We're all human and we're all different.

For the gays who try and tell everyone they have accept you, I say to you, why don't you focus on your own life, friends, and family, and stop trying to force others to accept you. We're all human and we're all different.

As long as there are people doing things that others don't like, there will always be hate. It cannot be subdued, legislated away, or reasoned with. Hate is irrational and will always exist as a result, because many people still refuse to educate themselves about the differences of people within the human race.

Being gay is a mental illness and should be treated as such. If these same people were to walk down the street naked because there a nudist and it feels good they would be in jail and / or a looney bin. Some times the illness is caused by people thinking being gay is the in thing It is just the way there illness comes out. What if instead of being gay they decide to become killers as there form of illness, changes there thoughts If you are depressed you cant buy a gun till a doctor says you are over your depression I think gay people should be treated the same. Though I think everyone should be allowed to own a gun even an ex felon if he is not some killer or mentally ill.

Anyone who has nothing better to do than worry about who someone else is getting married to, or being with, than they need to get a life and get over themselves.

it's not my business what other people do. "Judge not lest ye be Judged".
"Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" is everyone's RIGHT. And no one should have a say in what other people do.

Being gay isn't a "mental illness."
It's a proven fact that people are born gay. So, it's not even a "choice." Look it up in the NEJM. <New England Journal of Medicine.>
Also, I'd have thought that all you people "stood up for your rights". You sure as hell show it with gun laws. How about the right to "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness"?!
Or does that not fit right? How about this..
"All men/women created equal.?"
How about we start acting like true "Christians" and "turn the other cheek/judge not lest ye be judged." Because I'm sure YOU ALL have something to answer for when you meet your maker, anyway.

It is not proven in the NEJM that people are born gay.I wont judge Christians. that is our goald on earth to work toward making it to heaven. A gay person may make it to heaven before me. I will continue to try my best. At least that is one sin that is easy for me not to commit. being gay is not a sin, acting on it is.

If you give it real thought, why would any one choose to be abused. Gay people are abused every day in this country. So it has to be from birth. Thats logic, thats my opinion
