The SCOTUS is empowered to interpret the constitution. Your opinion is not required. The constitution explains all this.

The law of the land is the US constitution, not the lying lawyers that interpret the constitution.
I realize queers and other Diversity victim cult slugs are the organized majority of voters, and they elect like-minded liars in congress that appoint judges who lie too.
A liar is still a liar, and a lawyer is a professional liar, especially an American lawyer.
It is no coincidence that the American lawyering profession is riddled with lying Diversity freaks.
A lawyer in a high public law making position is a fox guarding a henhouse, an inherent conflict of interest.

Am I changing your actions or beliefs through intimidation?

Do you always grab buzzwords without knowig what they mean? Worse still, are you afraid of anonymous internet posters?

There is no judicial law; there are judicial decisions. There is judiciary law, which describes the whole of a legal system. In this country, laws are legislated--something a judge has no power to do.

Care to list the federal laws supporting elective abortions?

I would hope gays supported the civil rights of women, given that many women support our rights as well.
John Eberly wrote:

Judicial law is law, jackass.
Judicial law is also referred to as common law.
Roe versus Wade exists, jackass.
There are a myriad number of federal laws supporting elective abortion, all based on the federal judicial law that legalized abortion nationwide.
The federal judicial law made by Roe versus Wade decision overturned all state laws restricting eldctive abortion.
Beside these facts, queers are notorious and strident advocates of elective abortion on demand. You can't and haven't denied that fact, because the evidence is overwhelming, jackass.

The law covers legal, elective abortion. Should abortion's legal status change, so would coverage. It reacts to the reality of abortion; it does not "support" it.

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
This is a federal law supporting elective abortion, a kind of law you claim doesn't exist, jackass.

None of these support abortion outside of medically-necessary ones or those related to rape or incest--which are also allowed in virtually every state already.

You are using the Clinton definition of medically necessity, the one that says the mental health of the mother takes precedence over the birth of a viable baby. There is no functional difference between elective abortion on demand and considering the mental health of the mother more important.

Bedide that fact, the federal laws don't generally don't use this weasel figleaf, instead supporting elective abortion regardless of the mental health of the mother.

You still haven't disputed the fact that queers are the leaders of elective abortion politics, an undeniable fact.

Queers with a marriage license are an anathema to the original purpose of a marriage license, which is the raising of children, not killing children via abortion.

Queers are the low-life that converted sodomy into a federally protected civil right, pornography into a federally protected civil right, and hate speech into a federally protected civil right.

Queers are again, you guessed it, trying to turn a marriage license into a federally protected civil right.

Queers are the vermin who eliminated local minimum standards for acquiring a marriage license. Not long ago, a locality could deny a marriage license for many reasons that are typical of queers, including:

sodomy
abortion
obscenity
child endangerment
mental deficiency
moral turpitude

The queer has been lowering the standard for a marriage license for a long time now, just so they can get the cost of their STDs and abortions subsidized by the taxpayer.

I'm using the MEDICAL definition, idiot. Mental health (something you are a complete stranger to) is just as important as physical health.

So, where is your proof that gays lead the charge for abortion rights? Most of the key players are straight women. Most gays I know support women's rights. And should.

Very few gay married couples get abortions. Cretin. But many straight married couples do.

Not one marriage law even mentions children or fertility.

Sodomy laws were overturned for everyone, including heteros.
Porn is protected under the 1st amendment, and you can thank hefner and flynt, among other straights, for that.
Hate speech is protected as well; hate crimes are not.
Discrimination among american citizens is not permitted under the 14th amendment.

Marriage was never denied for sexual practices, abortion, obscenity, or child endangerment. Moral turpitude? Death row inmates can get married. Mental deficiency? Only in cases where a party is unable to legally give consent to anything.

Again...ho many gays do you think get abortions, moron?

I already posted tons of evidence that queers are the leaders of abortion politics.

As usual you ignored it, probably because of a mental health issue.

Even 100% lesbians get pregnant, using surrogates, turkey basters, and test tube wonders. Bi-sexuals get pregrant and questioning queer get pregnant too using all kinds of methods; these fact are obvious, retard.

You should know all of this retard, but you ignore it, because of the mental heath issue, again.

All that a queer woman must do under the Clinton abortion rules for mental health to receive a state-sponsored abortion is to claim mental anguish or anxiety with a pregnancy, and voila a free abortion is had. It's that easy, just like you sliding your tongue into a dirty oriface.

You should know all of this jackass, so why do I need to state the obvious?

There is absolutely nothing in the US constitution authorizing federal protection for all the things queers desire, including queer marriage, elective abortion, pornography, or sodomy. If there were something, your mentally anguished vapid mind could quote the text. But you can't do that quoting because it's not there, retard.

If You Really Care about LGBT Rights, You Should Care about Reproductive Justice!

October 11, 2011

For the PDF version of this fact sheet with footnotes, see below.

The Reproductive Justice (RJ) movement places reproductive health and rights within a social justice framework. The movement supports the right of individuals to have the children they want, raise the children they have, and plan their families through safe, legal access to abortion and contraception. The movement also supports the right to express one’s sexuality without oppression. In order to make these rights a reality, the movement recognizes that RJ will only be achieved when all people have the economic, social, and political power to make healthy decisions about their bodies, sexuality, and reproduction.

You have a short attention span, jackass.

I stated that not long ago local governments could deny a marriage license for a myriad of good reasons.

It was queer shyster lawyering in concert with fedgov that eliminated all of the local preconditions for a marriage license. Queer lawyers used the same bogus argument to eliminate these laws as they used to get abortion and sodomy legalized, the so-called privacy argument.

The 4th amendment is not applicable, and the 9th is not applicable, although queers and other Diversity people see things that are not there because of mental heath issues. The victim cult neurosis is strong with Diversity people, and they can imagine lots of things that are not true.

You haven't posted anything that proves anything. More importantly, you actively ignore the reality here--that heteros do and have always defined the abortion debate.

Women who use IVF to get pregnant don't abort, idiot--unless medically necessary.

Your opinion of the constitution is irrelevant; you clearly haven't even read it.

People are defined by what they do, not by what they say they do.

All true queer do sodomy and abortion.

Any person that does sodomy or abortion is a queer, no matter what else they might claim themselves to be. A strict heterosexual that does sodomy or abortion is still a queer, because they do typical queer-perv activities.

When you do queer, you are queer. When you do queer stuff a lot, you are a flaming queer. When you stop doing queer things, you stop being a queer.

Queers pervert language too, not just sexual relations. The 1st amendment explicitly says the US fedgov shall make no law that restricts speech. Queers pervert the simple language of the 1st amendment to instead mean that states and local governments cannot restrict speech and that fedgov can prosecute people for hate speech. That perversion of simple language is a classic example of typical queer illogic. The only people who buy their illogic are other Diversity people.

I would never claim that queers are logical, but queer-pervs are creative and predictable, in mostly a bad way.

Lezzies and bi-sexual women are the loudest and most strident abortion-on-demand advocates, despite some queer women opting to have babies. Women change their mind all the time, often without good reasons or rationalizations, as do effeminate male queers. Some male queers are so fickle they can't decide whether they prefer to sodomize a man, a woman, or a beast.

Aboout 80% or more of heteros have performed sodomy, which is defined as sexual activity other than penile/vaginal intercourse. So, no problem--we queers are in the majority.

Arguments are easier when you just make up the meanings of words, huh?

I'd agree that 80% of people are Diversity victim cult people.

Accusing 80% of hetero people of sodomy is typical queer behavior; it's like pulling excrement from their backside and presenting it as a nugget of fools gold to the world.

YOU brought up sodomy, dickweed. Sodomy includes oral and anal sex, and relatively few heteros have done neither of those things...and I'm betting you're among them.
