God's view of homosexuality. They can call it another name..Don't make a mockery of my marriage between one man and one woman.
Well, let's open up our minds for a second and just think about some facts here:
A) How could you possibly know what God's views are? Do you sit and have lunch with him the third Tuesday of every month? Please, spare me the bible-thumping bullcrap. God didn't write the bible, now did he? No ma'am, people did. You can believe as strongly as you want to that's it's God's word, but how can you really know the the authors of the books of the bible were right, or even more questionable; truthful? Besides, God is not so loving as your Pastor might tell you he is. He's actually quite wrathful and murderous. I would't want a murderer telling me whom I can and cannot marry.
B) A sizable proportion of people exist in this world who don't believe in your God. Even some who believe in him, would disagree very strongly with your views of him. Some believe that he exists and just don't care what his opinions are, you won't change that.
C) Gay couples do not get married to mock you. Nor do they marry to mock other Christian couples. They get married because they love each other. It has nothing to do with you, so stop flattering yourself and mind your own business.
D) As far as calling it another name goes... what changes? "What's in a name? That which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet".
By the way, Romeo and Juliet were a man and woman who got married under a Christian monk. Then they both committed suicide together in a tomb... blissful, isn't it? Why don't you let homosexuals be just as miserable as the rest of us. I'm sure they'd would appreciate your gift of opportunity.
