Marriage can ONLY be between a woman and a man. There may be sort sort of union between queers/lesbian butn it's not marriage.

Marriage is defined, and has been since the beginning of time, and it needs to stay that way.

Marriage is a term that should be reserved for a union between a man and a woman. If two homosexuals want to join into a relationship then let them come up with another name for it and leave the definition of marriage as it is.

I feel that life is to short to live unhappy. What a person does behind closed doors is not the publics business. If two individuals want to sped thier life together why should the not be allowed the rights and benefits of any other couple?( insuranace, financing, legal partnership rights)

If 2 men want to spear each other painfully up each other's rear ends -- hey, as long as they do it behind closed doors, I could care less as long as they don't touch me.

If they want to have a fruity ceremony where one wears a dress and they have all their friends there and have a fairy old time -- good for them.

Or if they like to get another man's shit on their you-know-what, more power to them.

As long as I don't have to pay for their AIDS benefits via medicaid and as long as I don't get in trouble for annoying their queeny crap at work, we're good.

They mind their own business, I mind mine, we're all happy.

If they wanna wear a ring and pretend marriage, hey, whatever gets them off....so long as I don't have to touch it or pay for it I guess....

Marriage is between a man and a woman. If two people of the same sex want to live together and create a name for it, then let them use some other name than "Marriage".

Go for it! Obviously any union between two living beings is acceptable now-a-days.

I think I am for Gay marriage. It just might be the way to solve the over-population problem.

Don't forget the bonus. We have a few Gay Bars where Gays can engage in activities that will also eliminate them at the same time. It's a win/win situation.

To each his own--you have your take on it and I have mine. It is truly a sad situation that Mother Nature didn't draw specific gender lines that individuals have to make a choice as to whether to cross or not. I guess, that being Straight and having been approached several times by Gays without any provocation on my part, that I resent the over exuberance of Gays in assuming someone else is ready to participate in their urges. I'm also uncomfortable with certain Gays that have limp wrists, talk in a feminin manner, bitch at their partners in a public forum in an obvious Gay Bitching way and certain other well known characteristics that I just can't believe are inborn but do believe are purposely learned by Gays to identify themselves to other Gays. I don't see natural born Straights advertising similar characteristics that make them obvious to the public.

People who love each other should be able to formalize and confirm their relationship in the eyes of the law.
