Do you really believe that lie or is that just one of your tactics to confuse the general public? You have nerve, comparing the civil rights of blacks and women with perversion.
Abolition of slavery was opposed by people who believed in keeping the traditional view that black people were less than white people. Plus, the Bible supports slavery.

Women's rights were opposed by people who believed in keeping the traditional view that women were less than men. Plus, the Bible supports the notion.

Gay rights are opposed by people who believe in keeping the traditional view that gays are less than straights. Plus, the Bible supports the notion.

I think it's pretty clear from my posts that I do not support the Bible or any of those positions.

“Abolition of slavery was opposed by people who believed in keeping the traditional view that black people were less than white people. Plus, the Bible supports slavery.”—A brazen lie by you, who apparently have no ethics. Nowhere in the Bible will you find anything to indicate that race makes one better than another. You are a hatemonger.

Women's rights were opposed by people who believed in keeping the traditional view that women were less than men. Plus, the Bible supports the notion.”—an outright lie. Christianity teaches that both genders are equal. The Christian religion has done more for women than any other religion.

“Gay rights are opposed by people who believe in keeping the traditional view that gays are less than straights. Plus, the Bible supports the notion.”—Another lie. Don’t you ever feel ashamed to let everyone know you are so dishonest? The Bible condemns the act of homosexuality but nowhere does it state that a homosexual is to be hated and treated as less of a human being than others. Christ urged all-and that includes homosexuals—to come to him to be saved, and offered love to all.

I didn't say it did. I said the Bible supports slavery, which is does, repeatedly.

Does it make you uncomfortable that the god you've chosen to worship is one who is so supportive of slavery?

No, it doesn't. Women in the NT are subordinate to men. Women in the OT are basically property.

Oh, so you support equal rights for gays then? Awesome.
