I believe it an immoral practice and, marriage is between One Man and One Woman!

I really don't see how what 2 consenting adults do in their own relationship has any effect on my marriage or on anyone else's. Homosexuality is not contagious. As far as I know, some sort of Supreme Being (my puny human brain cannot fathom exactly what he/she/it is) created/evolved us all -- including gay folks. What's wrong with freedom for all, and not just a chosen few?

I know you can't see how, and therein lies the problem for you!
homosexuality is not contagious, it is immoral. There is freedom for all, but some things are moral, and this is something moral. Marriage is between a MAN & WOMAN! Is it any wonder homosexuals spent all those years in closets..........peoples attitudes have changed, but homosexuality is STILL immoral and therefore.......wrong.

Even for Christ, and although he loves each and everyone, those who do wrong, will still have to face the consequences for a bad decision..........that of performing immorally! He too, feels bad for those who transgress, but like any mortal Father, God still renders justice for those who do wrong, just as our mortal fathers rendered 'punishment' to us as youngsters growing up.........
they still loved us, but disliked the act of wrong that we did.

You're not SMART ENOUGH to quote God. You're a dumb-assed zealot will a dill-weed brain, who wouldn't know about morality if it bit you in the ass.

If God renders justice - why don't you STFU and mind your own business? I'm sure God is capable of doling out the penance, no body needs to hear 'your lame ass and perverted interpretation of God's word'- thank you very much!

Your belief is OLD, OUT DATED, IMMORAL, IGNORANT and BASELESS. Why don't you consider educating yourself on the topic, and come back when you've learned something worth sharing?

Everyone already knows you're a PROUD BIGOT!

You gotta love those bible thumpers ... you know, the one's that have formed their opinions on homosexuality, because of Levitical Law???

The bible has many passages that Christians railing for the ban against same-sex marriage pick and choose from, to attack gays and lesbians – specifically, Levitcal law, but every single one of these Christians “fail” to follow or promote ALL the Levitical laws?

I find this to be inherently hypocritical.

There is nothing about homosexuality in the Book of Acts, in Hebrews, in Revelation, or in the letters attributed to James, Peter, John, and Jude. Further, homosexuality is not mentioned in ten of the thirteen letters attributed to Paul. It is only in Romans 1:26–27, 1 Corinthians 6:9–10, and 1 Timothy 1:8–11 that makes references to homosexuality.

The paucity of references to homosexuality in the New Testament suggests that it was not a matter of significant concern either for Jesus or for the early Christian movement. So – the “Christians” consistently fall back on Levitical Law to serve their bigoted and discriminatory beliefs, while systematically ignoring hundreds of “other” outrageous laws from Leviticus.

The Bible should NEVER be used as a WEAPON of HATE!

Speaking of the Bible, lets further examine the portions of Levitical Law the Bible-thumpers choose to ignore:

1. Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can’t I own Canadians?

2. I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual unseemliness – Lev. 15: 19-24. The problem is how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.

4. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord – Lev. 1:9. The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

5. I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2. clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself, or should I ask the police to do it?

6. A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination – Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don’t agree. Can you settle this? Are there ‘degrees’ of abomination?

7. Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle-room here?

8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?

9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? Lev. 24:10-16. Couldn’t we just burn them to death at a private family affair, like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws?(Lev. 20:14)

Thank you again for reminding us that God’s word is eternal

Hey, all I need to say is, if you can't handle that, then I guess that really is too bad, and if you hold that against us, then hey, I guess that makes you a 'bigot' too, doesn't it, Waldo. Yes, I am very PROUD that I don't believe in the homo life style, you are ignorant just believing that's it's okay, so perhaps YOU should go look at it throughout history, people didn't condone it then, and I still don't, and neither do the masses, as you see only what you desire, but then, I don't care, because it wouldn't change my mind at all. So, if YOU, think you have something to share with me, then do it, otherwise, you know my stance, so don't bother me with your problems, and yes, you do have a problem..........not only with being wrong, but with me. Take care, and have a nice day, Waldo.

Wow, angry, aren't we, Fred. Oh, I'm smart enough, I KNOW what I am talking about, the question is..........so you! Yes, God will render justice, and I'm quite sure, that you won't like it, but that's not for me to say, I only know what is going to happen, and it's apparent that you don't. Keep smiling, old fella.
