Buddy, killers will continue to be created by many factors. There is nothing anyone's opinion can do to convert the hardened killers to kind reasonable people.
Have you visited a prison with the most hardened criminals? Where there is no possibility of release? Where inmates can't even be in the same space as others? If you visit those killers you won't come away without injuries, no matter what anybodies opinion is.
Your right, and I'm not talking about reforming the ones in super Max prisons. They are there cause no one has a solution for them. I have sustained injuries from inmates. I've been stabbed before. Wasn't fun lol, but I hold no ill feelings towards the man who did it. I'm just a firm believer in solutions that will better everyone involved. And I feel as though one day, if people like myself work hard enough we can develop a way to save all kinds of people. Criminal and law abiding citizens alike.

I spent some time in the joint with some hardened black criminals. The played a lot of spades and uno. They sucked at scrabble because the couldn't spell. I even beat them all in basketball. 21 that is.

Yeah I've seen that, they don't always have an education and they only were taught the streets so they turn to crime. It's a shame.

Buddy I have visited criminals of all kind. This is why I study them. The story across the board is similar. Bad influences, hard life, poverty, horrible parents, you name it they went through it. They aren't animals. They may steal, cheat, murder and lie. But those are all human qualities. You asked what animal does that, and your right, only human do that sort of thing. It's not about fixing them, it's about fixing all of us. Fixing the systems and the situations that turn people into this. Then will we lower crime. Humans are predators in a way. We all try to follow the rules but there is always something about all of us that is wrong, something that is predatory, weather that means you actually hunt people or you are just a bigot. We all do something that may be unreasonable to someone for some this is just extreme. And in a world with 7.1 billion people you can't possibly expect all of them to follow the law. And you can incarcerate and kill all the "bad guys" you want but some parent, or some event will screw up somewhere causing more criminals to come about. That's just life. We can change it but it first starts within ourselves. Changing our opinions and our ways of thinking. Then can we find solutions.
This is a perfect example of liberal thinking. "If all of us all of us are guilty, then no one is guilty". the problem is , that no evidence is given that we all are guilty. The truth is that some people are evil, some are evil sometimes and some are never evil. We may all have the same genes, but genes are not the reason some are evil. Some societies ignore the evil amongst them and some actually promote the doing of evil deeds, if the evil deeds promote the power of the rulers of that society.
But there is no doubt that spreading the blame among the guilty and the innocent is a factor among the wishy washy for a voiding the discomfort of identifying the guilty and punishing the malefactor.

If a crime has been committed then wait for the facts to emerge before looting and burning.

That was 20 years ago, Gomer. I got in a fight with a lesbian Minneapolis cop. I spent 4 months in D pod, 5th floor Hennepin County Jail. Most of the black guys were in for murder. I was a college student and the only white guy. All the blacks wanted me to read the minutes of their charges. It was a great experience. My charges were reduced and I got off with time served. After I beat them all in basketball, they started calling me Larry Bird. I said "Hey! Don't diss me! Larry Bird is one ugly MoFo!" Any other questions?

P.S. People don't rape each other in jail. They wait until they get to prison.

It's not a liberal way of thinking about it, it's the truth. I can't call America a perfect system if there are criminals living within our borders. I don't believe people are born evil. They are raised that way by someone who was also raised that way. If a mother raises her child to steal, then the child will steal. America has left a lot of old beliefs and ideas behind like supporting the family structures of america. That's one reason why we have these problems. Did you know well fare in almost all states will not full support a struggling woman with kids if she is over 25 and married? What kind of message does that send to our young girls? That's just one of the many issues we face. It's not anyone trying to remove blame. The blame falls on all of us because we call ourselves, all of us American and if we are to fix these problems within our borders then we need to step up, find some love for each other and solve the issues as a people.

You say that but criminals are made out of everyday citizens like yourself. They aren't born. TV would have you believe that they just spawn out of the pits of hell but they just dont, they are made by our country and it's inadequate system. I never said just go and release criminals that obviously a horrible idea. But think about this. What is right and what is wrong? I most likely will agree with your answer by 100%. Now answer this, why do you believe that? Probably because that's what your taught, that's how your raised. Nurture will determine a child's direction years later in life.

Whats your score on solving the issues? Have you tried stepping up to a racial problem as it exists in Ferguson on the issue of looting and burning? How d you prove your love for them?

I have, and currently am, I organize rallies in my local city, in colleges, at churches, I try to get the word out. I don't condone the looting and burning of buildings that's just stupid because why would you loot and burn your own town. But when you put it into perspective and when you look at St Louis' recent cop on citizen shootings you can kinda understand. And it's simple, educate the people of a better way to deal with their frustrations against the government in that area. I believe it's too late now though. They are in in God's hands (or what ever god they believe in) with all thats happening. All that can be done now is damage control and hopefully people won't continue to make this a race issue.

And invent technologies, discover the possibility of time space travel so far and had 2 of the wealthiest civilizations in all the ancient world. Much like all other races, everyone has contributed to humanity. When you get a chance check out all the great things every race has done. You'll be surprised. Or stay blind, your choice, world keeps spinning though.
