You're right, working on a farm is harder than working in Wendy's. However, when I was a kid, I never heard one complaint from my friends as we bailed straw and hay all summer and raised animals for the fair. This might be a shock to some, but there are people who pride themselves in working hard. 9 times out of 10 that is a person involved in ag. I think that 1 other person is getting screwed by his or her union. But you're right, the government needs to stay the hell out of most of everything in our lives. Especially education which seems to have failed you in grammar. Just sayin'.

my belief is a little hard work and religion never hurt anyone. most kids today can't do anything, they were never taught. ok. i take that back, most of them would be qualified as hitmen, if they could control the gun with a video game.

my grandpa once said that he was scared to death of what would happen when my age group ran the country, well now we are, and look at the shape this country is in.

i look at the next group coming up, so many addictions, and most of them are unwilling to work. but why should they, as parents we hand them money when they ask.

my life was alittle different, when i was around 14 my father (who cleaned up radiation for a living) became sick, started having seizures and was unable to work. i had to work at local farms, cleaning pig poop, grinding feed, mowing, putting up hay and straw. i also carried block and mortar to masons. my point is ive worked for everything i have and i think i appreciate it alot more.
