Children need to learn from an early age how to be a part of their family life, either for basic necessities or for business. The family is the core of rural life. Government has absolutely no business telling a parent whether a child should or should not be able to learn and be a part of that family for any reason, not withstanding a possible suspected or documented case of abuse.
