You increase taxes and regulation and they will leave. Who is going to pay for poor after that? Maybe some of these "poor" people should start working smarter?

False. There is not a SINGLE instance of this occurring when taxes get raised... and in FACT, look into what happened to the economy when taxation was at an extreme 90%.... We had the largest and fastest economic boom when taxation was high... and now that it's at the lowest level in our modern era, it's stagnant.
