Either way, eighteen year olds will drink, making it legal would be better.

If you are old enough to do everything else at 18 includin going to jail, there's no reason why it shouldn't be legal to drink.

I think the drinking age should stay 21...We have enough drunk~drivers being the cause of a lot of accidents & taking a lot of lives...I think that 18 yr olds are still to immature to legally be allowed to drink...

You can join the military and put your life on the line so everyone has the freedom to drink a beer but when you get home you can't drink one yourself.

Wow, some people will give any reason they can to drink their precious alcohol. I've seen way too many lives screwed up and families ripped apart because of that junk!

I completely agree with the fact. If you can serve your country at 18. There should be no reason to not drink at 18.

I believe three years of being an adult is enough know how to become a responsible citizen and understand that drinking isn't a game. It is a time of relax. There will be immature people wherever you look, who drink and party like there is no tomorrow but lowering the drinking age would only make that worse.
