Should the US repeal Don't Ask Don't Tell?

It's wrong on EVERY level to make people hide who they are...If someone wants to serve COMPLETELY regardless of sexual orientation, there should be no issue. Straight men and women could talk about their loved ones back home, but gay men or women can't and it's ABSOLUTELY appalling that such a law was EVER in place. Thankfully, it is no longer.

Because people keep talking about repealing it, and after Prop 8 succeeded in California, I worry that people might find some way to make it come back...
