Taxing is for everyone, when the government needs money to balance the country's situation. We all can "eat our peas" when we have to as it is about" the fair share" of what goes around comes around. Even more so...if the rich have seen bailout after bailout, the have to understand the people who have been bailing them out, also want "the hell out" of financial trouble and at some point get a small feeling of what the rich have been feeling for so long.

Congress should come to grips with the fact that it needs to develop a plan to significantly reduce spending to get us out of the current crisis. Then, and only then, they should start discussions on the possibility of raising taxes. Even then they should proceed with caution assuring that people (even the rich) are not punished with unbearable tax burdens.

They seem to be doing well in spite of the present situation.
