What taxes and regulations has Obama implemented that is sending jobs overseas? The jobs started evaporating before the ink was dry on NAFTA. It accelerated under Bush. Obama was dealt a bad hand, he's just played it worse.
Do you ever listen to businessmen? The founder of Home Depot was just saying the other day that if he was attempting to start a business today, it wouldn't happen due to Obama. I've seen a number of business owners say the same thing. It's not just that a person pours their heart and soul into getting a business started, after having attened school and trainign and interning, etc. but then they have to deal with so many stupid regulations regarding EPA, FDA, etc in getting their product to the shelf and that doesn't even start to deal with the insurances issues for their workers and WC etc. The market and Moody's is looking negatively toward us because the Gov't has done NOTHING with this latest move to curb spending. While borrowing 120 billion every month, theiur "new debt deal" pay downs 7 billion in 2012 and 3 billion in 2013. This President is an absolute joke and he is taking this country to the toliet!

I don't care what the founder of Home Depot says.

The queston was posed back, what regulations and taxes has Obama put forth that is a damper on business?

The answer to that is none. The healthcare bill went through Congress and was signed by Obama. All tax bills have to originate in Congress.

Insurance companies who have been jacking up rates and lowering benefits for years and years are suddenly claiming that it's to the healthcare bill that's not even fully in effect yet.

Once can find someone to say anything to support their position. Saying it doesn't make it fact. I've asked for some facts which you appear unable to provide.

Of course I don't know specific regulations and YOU can not name me the millions of jobs that Obama's stimulous package created or saved.

<quoted text>Taxes and all the regulations and red tape cause me to move the manufacturing part of my company out of the US. Not the cheap labor. I would prefer to have it here. The regulations do more to move operations out of the US than anything else. Don't believe me then try starting a business and see how long it takes to get all the permits and get into operation.
What regulations, environmental regulations. Not only are you greedy, you want to pollute our earth. You want to hire child labor, you want to fire your employees if they get sick or pregnant, you want to work your employees 80 hour weeks in sweat shops. You don't want to be held accountable for your actions. These things are what the regulations you don't like stop. Greed is not patriotic.

...and since I don't run a business, I don't know specifically but I am not questioning what a head of a large corporation like a Home Depot says. If the guy says that these new regulations are thwarting his business opportunities, then I take it to be true just as you apparently take most of what Pelosi, Reid, and Co say to be true. Frankly, I think I trust the Home Depot guy more than your Democratic leaders including his holiness.

So you're a typical wingnut shill. Post untruths and wild claims that you can't back up, try to change the subject and then blindly take a businessman's word rather than seek the truth.

That's the problem you don't have a clue. You are probably one of those that pay no taxes and sit at home all day. Go try to start your own business and see where you get. Like I said I would rather manufacture here in the US. Get all the regulators who have nothing better to do than screw with you because they are over paid government workers . At least get off your lazy ass and get a job.

This is actually going to happen again soon. Obama wants to redistribute coin to his union supporters to be paid back in campaign donations.

Equal tax burden is not the same as equal tax rates. A progressive tax structure is just.
Tell that to the guy who lost his job because the government taxed the shit out of his employer.

I'd prefer it just be raised, but if a bargain has to be struck to do it, ANY spending cuts MUST included revenue increases. that's only common sense!
The problem is how do you get revenue increases? Great Britain raised tax rates and the result was LESS revenue!
