I am a mother of 8 kids. and there is no way I would go party while my kid was missing. and why would you not call the cops. If that baby did drown in a pool then you would call the cops not tell people that she is missing. So yes I think she is guilty. And she will get what is coming to her.

She's guilty(opinion). What is not opinion is how bad the prosecution dropped the case. They thought they had a secure case(they did),but they did not prove the case by the defintion of law. If anyone listened to the jury later, they did not want to find her not guilty. They knew she was guilty but the instructions from the judge made it impossible to convict. Sad case all around. She deserved the death penalty.

She wasn't found guilty. Therefore she is innocent.

She might of been found innocent in the court of law, but if she did do it, her true judgement will come someday.

People can only be judged once in our system. If you're referring to the God thing, there is no God.

It is sad how she got by with killing her daughter! They are making a movie and a book about it! Casey will be getting rich off of killing her own daughter! If one of my kids went missing for 5 minutes, I would have a panic attack!

Right, no room for independent thought or common sense, huh? Coming from an apparent atheist too. Priceless.
A quick hint, genuis: Being found "not guilty" is NOT the same as deemed innocent.

As a mother, I would not let my child be missing for over 30 minutes with out reporting it unless I was guilty.

She is obviously a bad mother - she did not report her child missing which implicates that she either did it or (in my opinion the more likely scenario) was covering up for someone else or it was an accident.
HOWEVER - the onus is ALWAYS on the prosecution to prove without a shadow of a doubt that someone has committed a murder - sadly, no one has even proved that Caylee even WAS murdered. I don't know why everyone is so 'shocked' at the verdict - if there is no proof of a murder, then no one can be found guilty of murder, the whole process of a trial was a farce. The prosecution should have waited until they had an airtight case - now they've dragged everything through a media circus and nothing has been solved for anyone.

Some things are now on record as vetted evidence.

When the real killer is charged, certain things from Casey's trial will stand on their own merit - unless the real killer pleads guilty.

The trial was a farce, "A Big Show" in the words of the prosecutor, but it also served a parallel purpose.
