well to me there is no reasonable doubt when the child is flung out like a piece of trash with tape over mouth and nose who would do that to anyone deceased and lastly if george anthony had been involved with this she would have came out with the truth a long time ago so no room for reasonable doubt just guilt

If she was not guilty she would have reported Kaylee missing-which Kaylee was not missing-she knew where she was.

I personaly think she is guilty as hell . The problem with finding someone quilty of first degree murder is the burden of proof. They had no exact cause of death, no DNA associated with casey from the murder scene nor on little Cayleys body . There is most certainly something rotten here and the whole truth is being hidden not only by Casey but by the whole family, except the brother lee, I think he was left out of the loop .

Well, there may not be enough proof, but, I think that she should have at least been charged with child neglect resultinh in death since she waited 30 days to report Kaylee missing.

ummm apparently just like the 12 idiot jurors you have never heard of circumstantial evidence it is evidence that the prosecution had more than enough of to prove there case but the jurors were to sorry to take a couple of extra hours of their life too look at and examine there does not have to be physical evidence to prove u guilty just look at the scott peterson case but jurors are already cashing in there stories so show me motive to hurry up and cash in asap

but when casey and jose baez's time come there won't be a 12 idiot juror of their own peers there and i hope caylee gets to be there to see the wrath of hell rain down upon there head
