Other than a video what more evidence did the jury need to convict her? Even juror #3 said that the state had a strong circumstantial case!

The standard for conviction isn't a "strong circumstantial case," but rather "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt." Beyond a reasonable doubt is far more difficult to meet than "I think she did it."
