Killing is Wrong, always. When we sanction Murder, it is still Murder. When we allow illegal War, as in Iraq, it is Murder. When we Choose to execute Criminals, it IS Murder. Wouldn't it be helpful to be able to question Timothy Mcveigh, at this point in time? We Can't, we killed him. Saddam Hussein was an Evil Man, once he was no longer of use to us. So we allowed his execution. No matter who it is, no matter what they have done, Life in Prison is The worst Punishment we should ever apply.
"Killing is wrong." Tell that to the murderers. WE do NOT sanction Murder, we legally execute murderers. The Iraq war is NOT murder , it was authorized by Congress. I don't give a damn what Mcveigh would say , I am glad he has been removed from this earth. The Iraqi government executed Saddam , good riddance .

The Iraq War was NOT specifically authorized by Congress, George W Bush and his War monger cohorts "created" the Intelligence used to "justify" that war. Congress did not "Declare" War, as described in the Constitution. Killing is WRONG.

Would YOU take him in? And how do you feel about our limited resources being expended on him for the rest of his natural life? I can think of many more deserving uses for my tax dollars.

When you include the cost of appeals and the increased cost of housing death row inmates, it is usually less expensive to imprison someone for life, than it is to put them on death row. But are we really discussing, Killing someone because it is more cost effective. How morally bankrupt are you?

If the death penality actually prevented people from killing other then yes, however it does not work. People continue to be violent and kill people.
The death penalty is punishment for a homicidal person. It is a deterrent to the psychopath being executed as they will never kill another human being. I have absolutely no problem with that.

Question Mcveigh about what? His reasons for killing all those innocent people? He did it because he was evil. I believe he asked to be put to death. Maybe he just wanted to go to Hell sooner than later. The problem I have with the McVeighs of this world, is they always have issues with the government. The only way to change government is to VOTE, something he probably never did.

It was not just about being Evil. We could ask him to explain how dangerous it is to listen to people like Glen Beck. He believed in a book called the Turner Diaries. McVeigh was convinced his actions would be responded to in a very different way than it was. He hoped to get the Clinton Administration to clamp down on the Militia Groups, And then they would rise up against the Government and over throw it. Thankfully Clinton was Smarter the he assumed. Clinton just treated him as a Criminal. If George Bush hadn't acted like a Scared little boy, and just treated Osama Bin Laden as a Criminal, we could have saved Thousands of American Soldiers lives, Tens of thousands of American Soldiers from life long debilitating injury, Tens or Hundreds of thousands of Afghani and Iraqi Deaths, and Millions of displaced people. Not to mention wasting Trillions of Dollars.
