I agree with you, but don't you think it might be easier to stop murder or at least in part if you have better gun control? I am not suggesting taking away guns, but seriously we should look at we have to many guns and to many people able to get guns. That should be on the table too.

kill everyone that takes another persons life with intention! all these pussy gangbangers that run around shooting eachother. theyll sooon stop if you do! im from england and people here are starting to think like these so called gangsters from la etc. fight like a real man if your going to. 1 v1 fist fight anybody can shoot a guy.

You know, I think the death penalty should be determined case by case.

i agree, but anyone that takes another persons live willingly deserves to have theres taken. murder rates continue to get higher and higher, in the us and in the uk because tough punishment is not here to do anything about it. you get sent to jail. given an xbox and a tv with sky. its more of a holiday for some inmates. if we start tough justice people will soon think twice before doing something that could end there life.
