I don't believe in killing anyone, unless it it in direct self defense.

He needs the express lane to the death chamber. Since attention seems to be his main motive in life, he doesn't deserve 15 years on death row, where he will be treated like a precious little porcelain unicorn by a bunch of bleeding-heart liberal lawyers.
It's not like there is any doubt he's guilty!

Overwhelming evidence, premeditated, multiple deaths and injuries, doesn't deserve to be locked up for life, which will cost millions

So do I, Booboo. Nobody has the right to take somebody else's life. Who are those sickos who want to play God and send another human being to death?! The shooter committed a criminal offense and obviously needs to be locked away and treated for whatever his psychiatric disorder is. But for a supposedly Christian nation like America to call for the murder of a fellow citizen via the death penalty is hypocritical and utterly disgusting.

People who advocate a death penalty are using the same reasoning as the perpetrator to justify killing.

I fully agree. Only the Creator has the "right" to take life.

They should let him go and erase his criminal record like they want to do for all criminals in minnesota, so they can vote and get better jobs, what is it with that state, of course the part of letting him go was sarcasm, they should put the mad dog to sleep.

Support it? I would insist on it, we can't have people thinking that if they disagree with a public official they can just shoot them!

Captain Zero; I see you Germans still think anyone who disagrees with you needs to be "sent somewhere". Nice.

I agree no one deserves the mercy of being put to death. Leave him a a closed cell with no contact and 700 calories a day until he dies. That is punishment.

For nonsupporters: consider it a "late term abortion" and maybe you will change your mind.

I say no... but only because he needs to be studied. Psychiatrists need to study him, so that the next one of these guys that comes along, hopefully we can recognize the signs of impending insanity and stop it before it starts.

So, he needs to be studied. Analyzed. Possibly dissected.

It's the only way this person (using the term loosely) can ever be of any further benefit to society.
