I believe in the death penalty. Take them out after the trial and put him before a firing squad.Done over with .Cost of the bullets to kill him.No more 30 years on death row will all kinds of appeals.

why should taxpayeres support criminals. the entire justice system needs to be redone. There is no reason why it should take so long for appeals to go through the system. That is the sad part of our system. In one way I say sure go ahead and just shoot them, but then there are those that have been in prison for years that we then find out were actually innocent all along. I know I know if there is enough evidence to convict then okay, but it is a very hard line when you are looking at beyond a resonible doubt.
