I could really care less anymore if they have an (R) or a (D) after their name. They all seem rather useless. Raising the debt ceiling is akin to asking if you'd like to jump out of a 20 story building today or a 30 story building next month. We're just delaying the inevitable and making the problem bigger and bigger. At this point, I could care less where caused this or kicked the can down the road, when our money is completely useless, who cares who started it?

Yeah. You are an absolute genius. This problem is no older than the tea party movement, which started in 2009. No deficit, economic issues or anything wrong before then. You are a genius. HAAAAA! Why do you think "Rick" got voted out in 2010? Hmmm, maybe the problems were there before....

The problems were creating two wars and not budgeting for them.

Way to go Tea Party. Eight months in office and they have not done a single thing to create jobs. And, they have successfully created the climate with their "anti-Obama" attitude that made the United States credit rating go down for the first time in history. I hope all you working hillbillies have all the credit you need because money is going to be tougher to come by now.

You have got to be kidding. Obama has had 3 years to create jobs yet we're still at nearly 10% unemployment. But let's not forget, "he inherited this mess". It's about time that he owned the damned mess he's created. I challenge you to identify one positive thing that Obama has done since being in office.

The reason you voted the Tea Party into office was because they were going to bring us jobs. The Congress is the ones keeping the jobs from happening. They are waiting on the richest 2% to invest and expand their companies to create the jobs (instead of taxing them).

Actually, I voted for the Tea Party because I was sick and tired of business as usual. I felt that Rick Boucher's time et al had come and gone and it was time for change. Honestly, I'm not sure if anyone is looking out for the U.S. anymore. I think the train is running off the tracks and no one in power (dems or reps) seems to care. It seems that all either side cares about is forwarding their own agenda. In the meanwhile, we have 10% unemployment, gold prices at an all time high, stock market crashing right and left, and debt skyrocketing to a point that we'll NEVER repay. Oh, and Obama just announced earlier this week to give another $100M in aide to Somalia. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This has to stop immediately. We have got to get this back on track or we are DONE!

Why do you think it would be a good idea to trash, rob, and burn local businesses? Those idiots are hurting the working people.

Dont think its good to trash, rob, and burn, Larry. The professional left and political correctiness may one day lead to anarchy.

The fundamental right and the inability to compromise will lead to the death and destruction of this thing we like to call Liberty.

Oh, we are starting to see it now - Wisconsin riots. It will happen. Anyone who opposes Obama in 2012 will be branded as a racist and riots will ensue. Only way he can and media can keep office is if all others are branded as racists and gets white guilt vote.

Can't possibly keep it on record. 800 plus days without the whitehouse submitting a budget. Probably won't next year either. Worst ever. Without question.(And for you dems - W is second worst in my opinion). But, back to Obama - has any President used Air Force One nearly as much as he? Don't think it even comes close.
