"At the origin of every human being there is not something haphazard or chance, but a loving plan of God." Unborn babies are being brutally and painfully murdered at 4000/day in the US alone. I've worked with the mothers in post-abortion trauma counseling, and found the symptoms are life-changing; drug abuse, sexual promiscuity, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, abuse of future children, etc. One study shows 80% of women suffer psychological problems post-abortion. I know of one 14 year-old who committed suicide in my town a month after her abortion. Another mother is unable to even love her two live children, but rather emotionally abuses them to help her cope with the fact that she aborted four others just like them. Mothers who were raped are found to be happier and stronger by choosing life for their babies and adopting to a loving couple rather than killing her child. Think about it...what's worse, rape or murder? Abortion kills innocent babies and hurts and/or kills women.

It is murder. You are killing a baby. Women may have a choice of what they do to their bodies but that choice does not go to someone else's body. The baby doesn't get a choice.

So, what your your saying is that Abortion should be completely outlawed, even if the mother or child would die anyway... you'd have abortion outlawed.
Plus, abortions, even if they were outlawed, would happen anyway. People would have them done in alleyways, secret places and the woman could have a bigger chance of infection and die.

By outlawing abortion, you're still ending many lives.

The pro choice don't seem to have a voice here. Why do the same conservative people that don't believe in birth control vote against helping single mothers and treat them poorly. Lincoln schools wouldn't hire unmarried mothers, unless things have recently changed. Also, pro lifers should think about trying to end the wars to save those lives, if they are so into that belief.

Whine, snivel. Same old worn out arguement.
A person has a right to do what they want with their OWN body; not anyone else's. The fact is, you would consider that life within NOT a person. That is the difference between you and the other posters. If you take the LIFE of someone else willfully for no good reason, that makes you a murderer.

Murder should be punished period. If a person is so concerned that they feel they need a "back alley abortion", then perhaps they should learn to take on ADULT RESPONSIBILITY for their own body.

By out lawing abortion, you would NOT "still end many lives". THAT is the choice of the person wanting an abortion. And so it is either left to them to buck up to their responsibility and adapt to their new lifestyle, or tear themselves up. Their choice.

First let's try to stay on topic shall we. Leave "wars" out of it.

You are making an ASSUMPTION that "the same conservative people ....don't believe in birth control". I beg to differ. MANY people use birth control everyday. If they cannot, or cannot afford more children, then it is up to them to go through a surgical procedure to rememdy the situation. It is easily done directly after a child is born. That saves a lot of ill consequence from happening. Also many of the "conservative" folk believe that you should not have children out of wedlock and there are some very good reasons for it. Obviously too many people have not yet learned this and so the rest of us have to support them.

The Penalty... A Life for a Life (Redirected from The Penalty)

4/21/12 From The Lord, Our God and Savior - The Word of The Lord Given to Timothy, During an Online Conversation, For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

Thus says The Lord: My sons, I speak now in your hearing, for in you I am well pleased. For you have sought to understand My judgments and seek to accept My punishments, though you are in no way able to touch the heart of The Lord, in that you could endure My sorrow; nor are you yet able to accept the full degree of My punishment.

For My anger is kindled and has become a raging fire!...

All-consuming!...

An all-encompassing, purging fire,
Wiping away all evil and sin from off the land!

You have sought to understand “a life for a life”, and behold you do indeed see dimly, even with frustrated eyes. Thus I shall tell you plainly: From the beginning the decree went forth and was upheld, that a life which is taken shall be repaid by the death of the guilty, and it was so. Yet in the days of Moses this was not done by the judgment of man, but according to the judgement of God, for in those days My voice yet remained with My people.
Behold, all who have sinned since that time have taken their own lives, and thus a life must be given. For the penalty of sin is death, and without the shedding of blood there can be no remission. Thus I came down in the flesh, and offered up My life in place of the guilty, bearing the full weight of their transgression in My own body... A Life for a life. Yet understand this also: To receive of My life, one must also accept My life through sincere repentance; and if one refuses The Gift, then the same remains under My punishment, which is death.

Thus I tell you plainly, and though your hearts shall sink within your chests and tears shall come, it must be, for the sin of abortion is very grievous: For every fifty million babies slain at the hands of men, I shall take the life of one billion of those who dwell upon the earth, who were in agreement! For they will not repent! Behold, even I shall bring calamity upon the millions who stood idly by! I AM THE LORD.

In this one thing is the justice of God revealed:
Vengeance is Mine, I shall repay...

For punishment of the wicked rests solely upon My shoulders,
In which I take no pleasure at all...

Even as salvation rested solely upon The Son of Man,
In which I was well pleased...

Therefore, He shall be your judge,
Even as He is also your Savior, says The Lord.

Therefore My sons, stumble not over the letter of My words, nor seek to understand by calculation, but see with greater eyes, see with your heart; understand the magnitude, stare not at the letter... Look upon My speech through tears, grasp the power of My words in sorrow, look upon My face as I stretch out My hand in My strength; taste My tears as I bring death upon them, look into My eyes as I destroy the cities of men... My sons, are you able to drink from this cup? Can you endure My pain? Will your life not pass from you, under the full weight of this revelation?

Behold, man is but stubble before the blade,
Grass under the shadow of burning trees in a deep forest of sin,
Sand at the bottom of a dark ocean of transgression...

Yet I am mindful of him...

My heart knows each one.

Thus those whom I send must be remade, they must be transformed, they must eat from The Tree of Life, partaking also from the tree of knowledge. They must become as adamant stones, with their hearts refashioned, new hearts which beat in sync with Mine... Or how shall I send them? Says The Lord.

That is completely bunk, the result of "progressive" indoctrination. If you had the LEAST faith in God, like us, you'd realize that if the pregnancy were totally nonviable, it would result in spontaneous abortion, which is done by nature; not the whims of man.

Throughout the ages, women and children have died of natural causes. But WE in our arrogance, what do WE do? We sentence a person to a life of hardship by attempting to keep someone alive by all means, even though they may never be able to
get past certain developmental stages. Of course I am way too general on this, but it's best for NATURE to decide; not man who does not think beyond the immediate.

Death is a part of life, like it or not. And I am more familiar with it than I'd care to be.

God has his own punishments for liars; people that claim God says something when he clearly doesn't.

I would like to point out that the idea that Lincoln "favors" abortion is a bit misleading. Combine the numbers on rarely, never or exceptions and the vote goes the other way.

This poll is rather um, like a loaded game of dice.
