Earthquake hits southern Iran
An earthquake measuring 3.7 points on the Richter scale hit the Iranian southern province of Fars, IRNA news agency reported on Dec 6. The earthquake occurred today at 11:13 local time, according to a report from the Seismological Centre of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University.
12 people hanged in Iran
Six peoples were hanged in Bam and Kerman of Kerman Province in the Southeast of Iran for drug trafficking, IRIB news agency reported on November 4. It should be recalled that, the head of Iran's judiciary, Sadeq Amoli Larijani had approved the regional court's sentence.

An earthquake measuring 4.7 points on the Richter scale hit the city of Nowbaran in the Iranian province of Markazi , ISNA news agency reported.
