India's health budget up by nearly Rupees 4,000 crore
New Delhi, July 6 : India's health budget has gone up by nearly Rupees 4,000 crore to Rupees 21,113.33 crore with Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee Monday giving special emphasis to the rural healthcare.
