The tradition of the playoff beard is alive and well, from the guys skating in the 2013 NHL playoffs all the way down to the most minor of leagues spread across North America and Europe.

The NHL regular season is quickly winding down, and while the playoff picture is still cloudy, there is one certainty: Seriously, is there anything better than a hockey playoff beard? There isn't, we checked.
