Saw Falls, Amputates Man's Hand

A Gilbert, Arizona man lost his hand when a woodworking saw in his garage fell. He was able to pick it up, place it in a bag and wrap his arm before calling 9-1-1. The 52-year-old man was home alone Thursday afternoon doing woodwork and had placed the table saw he was using on top of an ice chest, Gilbert Fire Captain Mike Connor said.
