It is safe to put the dynasty label on Shakopee's volleyball program. Shakopee on Saturday became the first school to win three consecutive Class AAA state volleyball championships since the Minnesota State High School League went to a three-class system in 1999.

Minnesota Announces Early Women's Recruiting Class

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, November 12. UNIVERSITY of Minnesota women's swim co-head coaches Kelly Kremer and Terry Nieszner have announced that Minnesota natives Kaela Anderson , Tess Behrens , Erin Caflisch , Monica Radecke and Hailey Szews have signed National Letters of Intent and will join the Gopher program next fall.

Apple Valley beats Wayzata 4-0 for Class AA boys soccer title

Apple Valley is still batting 1.000 in boys soccer state championship games. The Eagles just don't lose when they earn a berth in a championship game, and that standard remained golden Thursday night as top-ranked Apple Valley recorded a 4-0 victory over Wayzata in the Minnesota Class AA title game at the Metrodome.
