when all else fails blame the police...i think we should be questioning the teachers motives for being in a car with drugs and gang members.

DiFranco also wanted to know why Espinosa was kept in police custody until Monday on the criminal sexual abuse charges even though, he claimed, she had the money needed to post bond.

I'm sure that felony offenders are held in police custody until a bond hearing?
