Kansas dog gets special treatments in town

The Downing Center is pawing out to help one lucky pup from Kansas. Rascal Wood, a 9-year-old Labrador retriever who belongs to Frtiz and Cathy Wood from Lake Quivera, Kan., is currently receiving intense treatment for osteoarthritis pain, acupuncture, animal chiropractic and physiotherapy.
